A 16-year-old boy from Ialoveni was discovered dead, with a head wound. The gun that his father held legally was found close to him. The police were alerted by the teen’s mother, IPN reports.
The General Police Inspectorate said the medical examiner determined that the boy had a gunshot wound in the head. There was a 22 caliber firearm next to him.
The minor’s father held the gun legally and kept in a safe. The boy allegedly destroyed the safe’s lock with a tool.
An investigation is underway to establish all the circumstances of this case.
