Teen hires hit man to kill family

A 15-year-old boy tried to higher a hit man to kill his parents and was ready to pay 4,000 euros for it. The crime was prevented by the supposed killer himself, actually a police officer working undercover. Deputy Interior Minister Valentin Zubic told a news conference today that the teenager wanted his parents killed because they allegedly limited his weekly pocket money to 200-300 dollars. The boy paid the supposed hit man 8,000 lei to kill his father, a small businessman. After seeing a couple of fake pictures evidencing the killing, he went on to order the murder of his mother. The remaining part of the money was supposed to be handed to the so-called killer after the funerals. According to Valentin Zubic, the teenager had no preferences as to how the murders should be committed and didn’t want a violent death for his parents. If found guilty of homicide, the boy will spend up to 10 years in jail – the maximum confinement term for underage persons.
