Admission to technical vocational institutions has started. According to the Ministry of Education and Research, there are 8,267 subsidized places and 562 places on a full-tuition basis available for vocational training programs in secondary technical institutions (vocational schools and centers of excellence).
For professional training programs in post-secondary and non-tertiary post-secondary technical vocational education (colleges and centers of excellence), 3,940 subsidized places and 7,354 full-tuition places are available.
Admission will take place in two rounds. In vocational schools and centers of excellence the first stage is from July 17 to August 11. The second stage starts on August 17th and runs until August. For students seeking to apply to colleges and centers of excellence, the periods July 17-August 4 and August 10-August 18 are set.
Applications may be submitted online as well.
Of the total number of subsidized places, 1,533 are reserved for dual education programs. Vocational training for students admitted to these programs will be carried out based on agreements signed between 27 technical vocational institutions and 127 companies.
