Stock Exchange: E.B.R.D. and American Fund WNISE sell share packages in Moldova-Agroindbank for 122,400,000 lei

On the other hand, the only deal introduced in the transaction system on Tuesday was with shares in the joint stock society Garant-Auto and it involved 24.08 percent of shares worth 136,934 lei. Thus, the transaction price was 7 lei apiece, that means it was equal with the nominal value. Garant-Auto is a Comrat-based enterprise that provides bus transportation services. The annual net profit of this company does not exceed some thousands of lei. As regards the exchange market of Romania, Estimator VM said that the transaction turnover is on the decline for the second week in a row. It was valued at 14 million Romanian lei on Tuesday and a volume below 20 million was registered for the first time in the history of exchange.
