Coach Stefan Stoica left Zimbru after the 1-4 defeat suffered to Sheriff. Stoica took over the team in summer and left it on the third place, IPN reports.
The post of Zimbru coach in this year’s last match against Milsami will be held on an interim basis by Veaceslav Rusnac, who now trains the second team.
Stoica managed the national team during the last three matches and could lead Moldova in the qualifying rounds of the 2018 World Cup. The administration of the Moldovan Football Federation said the new coach will become known at the end of this year. Stoica, 48, earlier also trained Milsami.
