The Party of Change’s candidate for mayor of the municipality of Chisinau Ștefan Gligor voted for a city without traffic jams, real estate schemes, bureaucracy, and populism, IPN reports.
“We voted for a city in which the life, health and comfort of citizens are a priority,” the candidate said after casting a vote.
Polls close at 9 p.m.
