Spy plane comes after contraband cigarettes

A plane without license number was identified on the territory of Briceni district last night. Acting President Mihai Ghimpu said he was informed about this on Friday morning and he suspects the plane came to Moldova be loaded with contraband cigarettes, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to Ghimpu, locals said the plane came from Ukraine. When the plane was identified, the pilot wasn’t there. Only a person was guarding it. Mihai Ghimpu said the Security and Information Service is investigating the case. He added such cases have been recorded in Moldova earlier.
