Speranța beat Zimbru away 2-0 in the third stage of the National Football Division. Both of the goals were scored with penalty kicks, IPN reports.
Maxim Iurcu scored in the 19th minute, while Constantin Sandu doubled the advantage in the 78th minute.
In a news conference, Zimbru coach Sorin Colceag admitted that the team goes through a difficult patch.
“It’s a pity that we reached such a state. We hope to find solutions. A month and a half has passed since we met and discussed and everyone then supported the moto “Zimbru will not die”. Unfortunately, as far as I see, they now do not even inquiry if Zimbru lives. I hope things will improve somehow,” stated Sorin Colceag.
As part of the third stage of the National Division on April 3, Dinamo-Auto plays Sheriff, while Milsami - Petrocub.
