Sheriff Tiraspol signed the holder of the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations Cup, 24-year-old Cameroonian striker Robert Ndip Tampe. He was taken on loan for a year from CFR Cluj, IPN reports.
Tampe didn’t persuade the champions of Romania. He scored only two goals in ten matches in all the competitions. In his career, he also played for Spartak Trnava and Adana Demirspor.
At the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations Cup, Tampe played five games. In the final encounter with Egypt, he played the first half. He didn’t score any goal in nine matches for the national football team of Cameroon.
