Romanian fullback Ionuț Peteleu signed a contract with Sheriff. During the past two years, the 27-year-old player won the title together with CFR Cluj, IPN reports.
Peteleu played three matches in the UEFA Europa League groups, two of which against Lazio. He also played for Delta Tulcea, Gloria Bistrița, Târgu Mureș, Săgeata Năvodari and Petrolul Ploiești.
Peteleu is the ninth player signed by the team from Tiraspol this winter. The new season of the National Division starts on March 13.
