Sheriff changes again its coach. After the 0-3 defeat to Dacia, the team from Tiraspol decided to part company with French coach Bruno Irles, IPN reports.
Irles had trained the team for three months exactly. He managed to win Moldova’s Super Cup while in this post. In the European cups, Sheriff, being under the guidance of Irles, was eliminated by Hapoel Beer Sheva, which reached the Europa League groups. The 41-year-old French coach left Sheriff on the first position in the National Division, two points ahead of Zaria and Zimbru.
Bruno Irles played for AS Monaco, with which he became champion in 1997 and 2000. He played 19 matches in the European cups.
