Sheriff scored a 2-2 draw in the first friendly match played in Turkey’s Antalya, against FC Vaslui. The team from Tiraspol led two times after Ricardinho and Isa scored by a goal, but Antal tied afterward with a penalty.
Brazilian players Potiguar and Hernandez made their début for Sheriff in this game. The team trained by Veaceslav Rusnac will play the next friendly against Bulgaria’s champion Ludogorets, on January 28.
In another exhibition match, FC Costuleni defeated FC Tiraspol by 2-0. The goals were scored by Nigeria’s Egwatu and Turkish player Sertkaya. All the four footballers signed by FC Tiraspol this winter - Sergiu Arnautu from Romania, Marko Vidovic from Serbia, Lasa Japaridze from Georgia, and Moldovan player Dan Pasla – took part in this encounter.
FC Tiraspol will play the next friendly, against Zimbru, on January 25. This weekend, FC Costuleni leaves for Spain to take part in the tournament Copa del Sol.
