The deputy director general of the Moldovan Railways (CFM) Sergey Tomșa will hold the post of director general of the enterprise on an interim basis given that Oleg Tofilat vacates the seat on February 13 following the acceptance of his resignation tendered at the end of January, IPN reports, with reference to the Public Property Agency (PPA).
According to the Agency, the current deputy director general, responsible for infrastructure and haulage, has more than two decades of experience of work in the company. “We stand for transparency. The PPA will make details on the issue public depending on the developments,” the Agency posted on its Facebook page.
Oleg Tofilat submitted his resignation at the end of January. He noted that he was determined to leave office because the company is in danger and the manager and senior decision-makers cannot agree on a common remediation strategy.
