The section of 31 August St between the streets Bănulescu-Bodoni and Pushkin will remain inaccessible to traffic after the Christmas Bazaar is closed on January 15. Under an order signed by deputy mayor of Chisinau Nistor Grozavu, the given road section will remain closed until February 17, IPN reports.
Works to lay pipes as part of the project “Rehabilitation of utility: package II – 31 august St, Tighina St, Alexandru cel Bun St” will be carried out in the period. The contractor will place the necessary road signs and fences.
The given road section was closed on December 8 in connection with the preparations for the second Christmas Bazaar that will work until January 15.
