The second stage of admission to the first grade though the “e-school” platform will be held between June 22 and 28 to fill the places that remained available after the first stage, deputy mayor on education and social matters Angela Kutasevich stated in the ordinary meeting of officials of Chisinau services and divisions, IPN reports.
According to the deputy mayor, June 19 was the last day of the first application receipt stage. There were received over 8,400 applications and slightly over 900 haven’t been processed yet. More than 2,200 applications have been registered and over 1,500 children were already enrolled.
The results of the first admission stage were or are yet to be communicated to the parents by email or can be seen on the “e-school” platform upon the introduction of the application code given on registration.
As of today, candidates for admission to lyceum classes (tenth-twelfth grades) for the 2020-2021 school year can submit applications also through the “e-school” platform.
Registration to lyceum classes will take place in 94 secondary education institutions - 83 public and 11 private ones.
More than 4,800 students enrolled in the tenth grade will form 186 lyceum classes.
The first admission stage will take place during June 22- July 10, while the second stage – during August 10-18.
