The searches carried out by PCCOCS and SIS officers in the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova make the headlines of international news, IPN reports.
DC news refers to the spokesman for the Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime and Special Cases (PCCOCS) Emil Gaitur, who confirmed the carrying out of procedural actions in the legislature, but didn’t give details.
For its part, Antena 3 CNN in Bucharest said that an official was caught red-handed while transmitting important information to employees of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Chisinau. According to initial reports, the head of the Parliament’s legal division Ion Creangă is concerned.
