In the first round of the Bashkan election held in the Autonomous Territorial Unit of Gagauzia last Sunday, the Șor Party was assisted by three Russian political technologists who could not be identified and stopped on the border of the Republic of Moldova because they used Ukrainian passports, the portal Deschide.MD reports, being quoted by IPN.

“The reporters of Deschide.MD obtained information showing that a team of political technologists sent by the Kremlin was behind the operation in Gagauzia. According to existent data, the same persons designed the scenario to destabilize the Republic of Moldova about which the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky warned Maia Sandu,” noted the quoted source.

According to Deschide.MD, the team of political technologists sent by the Kremlin consisted of three persons native of Ukraine who during the past few months offered support and consultancy to the Șor Party: “The three are Boris Treigerman, Bohdan Kalynych and Nadin Vadym. Unlike other agents of influence sent by the Kremlin to the Republic of Moldova, these could not be identified and stopped on the border as they used Ukrainian passports. This fact shows that the Russian services change their tactics so as to thwart the measures taken by the authorities in Chisinau. What is interesting is that the three post on Facebook anti-Russia messages and messages in support of Ukraine”.

As a result of the first round of the Bashkan election that took place in Gagauzia on April 30, the independent candidate supported by the Party of Socialists Grigori Uzun and the Șor Party’s candidate Eugenia Guțul qualified for the runoff vote that will be held in two weeks of the first round.
