Rompetrol invests 30 million USD for expanding and development

The Moldovan branch of the Romanian Group “Rompetrol” will expand this year by 6 units. This growth is conforming to the intention of the group to expand its distribution network and deposit stores’ infrastructure abroad. 30 million USD will be invested in this project.
According to the Romanian press, the integration of Dyneff group will continue in France and Spain with over 200 stations owned or franchised. This year the works for two new locations in the Arzens city (Southern France) will be finished.
Rompetrol Bulgaria will increase the number of gas stations by 10 units and will start building a new deposit store with a capacity of 20.000 cube meters nearby Sofia.
For Albania is planed an investment of 7 million USD, resources allocated for constructing an own goods’ unload terminal in Porto Romano – important access point for the regional market, which offers an opening to the Mediterranean Sea. Supplementary to this project a land will be purchased where a fuel store will be built and will be increased the number of Rompetrol gas stations up to 20 stations with national covering.
In Georgia among those 15 gas stations hired at the beginning of April another 5 gas stations will be opened in regions were Rompetrol is not yet present.
At present Rompetrol Group is performing operations in 12 countries and estimates for this year a turnover of 5 billion USD as a result of Dyneff integration.
