The President of the Romanian Senate Nicolae-Ionel Ciucă will be paying a visit to the Republic of Moldova during March 1-2. He will have meetings with President Maia Sandu and Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu, IPN reports.
The Parliament’s Communication and Public Relations Division said that on March 1, Igor Grosu and Nicolae-Ionel Ciucă will plant trees at “Alexandru Ciubotaru” National Botanical Garden.
Subsequently, the officials will take part in the inauguration of the 58th edition of the Martisor International Music Festival.
The President of Romania’s Senate Nicolae-Ionel Ciucă on his visit to Chisinau will be accompanied by MEPs Siegfried Mureșan and Rareș Bogdan and also by the State Secretary of the Department for Relations with the Republic of Moldova Adrian Dupu.
