Romanian Cultural Institute to support six cultural publications from Moldova

The Romanian Cultural Institute (RCI) will financially support six cultural publications from Moldova, the Romanian media reports, quoted by Info-Prim Neo.
According to RCI, the six publications were selected within a contest organised by the Institute through the Department for Romanians Abroad. The jury composed of Armand Gosu from the Univesrity of Bucharest, Ioan Es. Pop, journalist at “Ziarul de Duminica” newspaper, and Nicolae Prelipceanu, editor-in-chief at “Viata Romaneasc” selected the winners.
At the category Cultural magazines dedicated to students/teenagers the winner is “Clipa Siderala”, at the category Cultural Publications dedicated to students and young intellectuals – “Contrafort, Cultural Publications dedicated to the history and culture of Moldova – “Destin Romanesc”, at the category Cultural Publications outside Chisinau – “Semn”, Cultural Publications dedicated to literature and artistic creation – “Sud-Est cultural”, and at the category Romanian language and literature teaching – “Limba Romana” magazine.
The organisers said there were no projects to match the requirements formulated at the category Publications dedicated to humanitarian sciences, philosophy, theology and anthropology.
The budget of the program totals EUR 100 thousand.
