Recruitment agency holds seminars to increase employability among youth

The recruitment agency IDS Consulting organises training seminars for the youth to increase their employability. At the first seminar, held on Saturday, January 2, the participants learned how to behave during a job interview. Oleg Palanciuc, the agency’s manager, told Info-Prim Neo that this is the first training seminar of the kind, with more to follow. He said he came up with the idea of conducting such trainings after, receiving a multitude of resumes from job seekers, he realised that many persons do not know how to write a good resume. “The way a resume looks and the candidate’s behaviour during a job interview play a very important part in getting hired”, Oleg Palanciuc explained. The trainees are mostly final-year students, but also other interested categories of job seekers. The recruitment agency IDS Consulting has been providing services both for employment seekers and hiring companies for three years now.
