The Chisinau heat supplier SA Termocom calls on the apartment owners who receive social assistance from the local public administration to fully pay for the consumed heat in the near future, IPN reports, quoting a communiqué from the company.
According to the supplier, only half of the over 25,000 end-users who receive compensations paid the heat bills fully. About 1,000 apartment owners or 4.45% of the recipients of compensations made no payments at all. The debts total over 12 million lei.
SA Termocom said it will sue the recipients of social assistance with debts. Those who made no payments will be the first to be sued.
The compensation represents 40% of the value of the heat bill.
