The police carried out raids at a Chisinau nightclub within an investigation into a case of sale and use of tablets containing narcotic substances. The persons who seemed under the influence of drugs were taken to the National Narcology Dispensary for blood tests, IPN reports.
In a communiqué, the Chisinau Police Division says that devices for taking drugs, pills with psychotropic effect and a substance looking like heroine were found under tables and chairs in the club. The police arrested two persons who had knives on them for providing explanations.
The club was closed for the period of the investigation. The police intend to inspect more nocturnal recreational places in the near future.
