Radu Albot has qualified for the quarterfinals of the Singapore Tennis Open. After losing the first set to Germany’s Yannick Hanfmann 6-7, the Moldovan tennis player won the second set on a tiebreaker 7-6. In the third set, Radu Albot secured a 6-3 win, scoring his second victory at the tournament in Singapore, IPN reports.
In the quarterfinals, the 31-year-old athlete will meet the winner of the encounter between Adrian Mannarino and Roberto Marcora.
Radu Albot is currently on the 76th spot in the world rankings.
