Radu Albot has easily qualified for the quarterfinals of the international Challenger tournament taking place in Raanana, Israel. He beat by 6-2, 6-2 France’s David Guez, who takes the 191th position in the ATP rankings, IPN reports.
In the quarterfinals, Radu Albot plays Blaz Rola of Slovenia, who eliminated Russia’s Konstantin Kravchuk by 7-6, 6-2.
Moldova’s best tennis player will also compete in the quarterfinals of the doubles of the Israel Open, together with Aleksandr Nedovyesov from Kazakhstan.
