Radu Albot didn’t manage to win the second trophy of a Challenger tournament in his career in Sibiu. The Moldovan tennis player went through to the final, but lost to Jason Kubler of Austria, IPN reports.
The winner was decided after an hour by 6-4, 6-1 in favor of Kubler, who is the 155th in the ATP rankings. Albot is by 17 spots lower in the rankings.
As he reached the final in Sibiu, Radu Albot won €3,600. On the way to the final, the 24-year-old tennis player eliminated the favorite of the competition Blaz Rola and Romania’s Victor Crivoi.
