Moldovan tennis player Radu Albot was eliminated from Wimbledon. He was defeated by the U.S. player Steve Johnson, world No. 31, IPN reports.
Albot lost in four sets 3-6, 3-6, 6-4, 3-6. The match lasted for 2 hours and 34 minutes. Earlier, the 27-year-old athlete was beaten by Argentina’s Facundo Bagnis in four sets. In the same tournament last year, Albot also qualified for the second round and was then eliminated.
In his career, Radu Albot won 14 Futures tournaments and three Challenger tournaments.
