Roman Rosca, a member of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, on Tuesday evening noted that in Tighina (Bender), the largest telecommunications operator in the region, IDC, started to retransmit the Moldovan public TV channel Moldova 1. According to IPN, IDC belongs to the Transnistrian oligarch Victor Gusan.

This fact was also noticed by other people living on the left bank of the Nistru, who said that the TV station is available on the operator's button No. 30.

A number of residents of Tiraspol and nearby localities confirmed for IPN that they too can now watch Moldova's public television channel for the first time in all the years of existence of the unrecognized republic.

Officially, neither the administration of the public broadcaster nor the authorities in Chisinau commented yet on this situation.
