The Audit Office of Moldova has announced that from today, June 27, all its public meetings will be broadcast live and will be available on the institution’s official website www.ccrm.md, IPN reports.
According to a communiqué of the Audit Office, the live broadcasting is ensured by employees of the Audit Office without the involvement of media outlets and is aimed at increasing transparency in the institution’s work and at sensitizing society to the importance of correctly and efficiently managing the financial resources and state patrimony as well as to serious problems faced by the country.
Today, the Audit Office will examine audit reports in two public meetings. The audit report on the Government’s report concerning the fulfillment of the 2013 budget, at 10am, and the audit report on the financial situation of the Strengthening the Efficiency of the Social Assistance Network Project for 2013, at 2pm, can be watched live.
