The problems of the education system should be solved through cooperation between several ministries. The fact that the education system's supply isn't adjusted to the labor market demand leads to an increasing number of unemployed people with higher education and businesses that lack qualified workers. These issues have been discussed at the meeting of the National Business Agenda, IPN reports.

Lilia Grigoroi, president of the Association of Professional Accountants and Auditors, noted that the Moldovan market is in dire need of qualified accountants. According to her, the education curricula must be improved continuously, while entrepreneurs and education institutions should work closer.

Ghenadie Mocanu, expert at the Institute for Development and Social Initiatives, thinks that the Ministry of Education should cooperate with the Ministry of Economy, which is up to date with the business world, and with the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection and Family, which knows the situation on the labor market. According to the expert, the state must offer some tax facilities to entrepreneurs who take students as interns and some financial incentives for young people during their trial periods before employment.

The experts' proposals will be summed up in a report that will be presented to society and authorities to be consulted in the development of policies in this field.
