From the opening of polling stations until 09.00, members of the Promo-LEX Election Observation Mission have reported 31 voting incidents, IPN reports.
At six polling stations, all from Chisinau, the presence of advertising materials, posters and electoral billboards was reported
In nine cases the ballot boxes were not sealed according to the legal procedures, whereas in three cases the interruption of the filming process was reported at the opening of the polling stations.
The members of the Observation Mission have established occurrences of electoral campaigning or black PR in the perimeter of 100 m and / or in the precinct of the polling stations, in two cases, while in other three cases taking pictures of the ballot papers or other violations of the secret of the vote have been found.
