The procedure for issuing documents to particular categories of people was facilitated. This way, the minor Moldovans outside any form of protection, whose parents or the only parent have been abroad for over two months and cannot return to the country for objective reasons, will be issued with IDs following the submission of an application by the local tutelage authority, IPN reports.
The obtaining of IDs by children whose parents or the only parent are minors will also be facilitated.
There will be regulated the possibility of issuing IDs based on powers of representation issued within the MPower Register for particular categories of people.
The method of delivering the ID to the home of Moldovan citizens, to the temporary residence or place of stay of the applicant will be extended through the electronic service MDelivery.
The provisions are stipulated in a bill that was approved by the Cabinet on March 30.
