The printing of ballots that will be used at polling stations outside the country in the constitutional referendum and presidential election of October 20 has begun, IPN reports.
Representatives of election contestants, the media and accredited observers can attend the process of making the ballot mold, the printing of ballots and the liquidation of the mold.
The printing process starts at the Central Printing House in Chisinau at 11:00 a.m.
As many as 852,000 ballots are to be delivered to the polling stations abroad. Of them, 775,000 will be in Romanian, 76,000 in Russian and 500 – in the Gagauz language.
For the October 20 election, 234 polling stations will be established in 37 countries.
