The subtest “polygon” for the candidates for a driver’s license of category B will be excluded. The practical testing in traffic will include the elements “ramp”, “perpendicular parking” and “three-move reverse parking” and will not last longer than 25 minutes.
The clarification was made by the Public Services Agency in the context of the changes approved by the Government to the regulations concerning the procedure for testing future drivers and issuing a driver’s license and the period of validity of the license, IPN reports.
The “polygon” test will be taken only by candidates applying for licenses of categories AM, A1, A2, A and B1.
Owing to the approved changes, the waiting time based on appointments made beforehand will be shorter. Currently, this period is of about 30 days, but was earlier of 60-90 days.
