The polling place of Corjova village of Dubasari district was relocated to the Cocieri mayor’s office at 68 Renasterii St. The decision was taken by the Central Election Commission, IPN reports.

According to the Commission’s member Alexandru Simionov, the mayor of Corjova sent a letter, asking relocating the polling place that has been until now hosted by the Lyceum “Stephan the Great”. The mayor said that the Transnistrian authorities over the last few years have blocked the residents’ access to the polling place by different methods. In order to guarantee the people’s right to vote, the polling place will be relocated to the Cocieri mayor’s office.

Ordinary parliamentary elections will take place in Moldova on November 30.
