The final of Moldova’s Football Cup between Milsami and Zimbru will be played in Chisinau this evening, starting at 8pm. If Zimbru wins, it will be able to play in the European Cups, IPN reports.
“We know every detail about Milsami. Moreover, we met this team in the previous stage of the championship. The players are able and I’m convinced that they will do their best,” Zimbru coach Vladimir Aga told a news conference.
Milsami reached the final of Moldova’s Cup for the third time. The team from Orhei won the trophy in 2012, while in 2016 lost to Zaria. “The final of the Cup is always something special for the coach, for the players, for the club and for everyone. It is a good chance of winning the trophy. This match is important for us,” said the coach of Milsami Veaceslav Rusnac.
The final of Moldova’s Cup will be refereed by a Polish team led by Bartosz Frankowski.
