Voting ended at 9 p.m. No major violations or incidents were identified. The incidents and irregularities of which the police were notified were reported to the Central Election Commission and will be examined by the responsible bodies, IPN reports, with reference to the General Police Inspectorate.

“Our forces ensured public order close to polling stations and applied with firmness, correctness and equidistance the legal provisions,” the General Police Inspectorate said in a message issued after the polls closed.

The Inspectorate thanked the police employees who were on duty today. “The proper conduct of the elections was also the result of the effort made by the citizens who realized the necessity of behaving correctly,” stated the institution.
