An investigation has been launched into the death of Andrea Cuciuc in order to establish all the circumstances. Law enforcers have collected video recordings from the premises where the young woman was on the evening of the tragedy, IPN reports.
"Police were notified at around 22:00 that a 17-year-old minor died on Dacia Avenue. An investigation has been launched into the case by police employees, within the framework of which all the circumstances will be established", Cristina Talpa, press officer of the Chisinau municipal police directorate, said.
On Saturday morning Andreea Cuciuc's father, the singer Igor Cuciuc, criticized on social networks the conditions in the venue, where the party attended by his daughter was held, and accused the inefficiency of the medical ambulance services.
Later, Igor Cuciuc told Radio Moldova that his daughter died as a result of cardiac arrest and added that doctors will announce the exact cause of death in three weeks.
Andreea Cuciuc will be buried on Monday at 10:00 in the Armenian Cemetery in the capital.
