The ice hockey team Platina won the first victory after suffering seven defeats in the International Youth League. It beat Dinamo Raubici of Belarus in Tiraspol by 6-4, IPN reports.
The victory was yet obtained with high emotions. The score at a certain moment was 0-2 in favor of the guests. Owing to the goals scored by Sergei Kuzmik (three), Edgar Homeakov, Dmitrii Kostarev and Dmitry Chernishenko (by one), the team trained by Valery Kulibaba climbed to the 11th spot in the rankings that include 17 contending teams.
Platina Chisinau and Dinamo Raubici will meet again in Tiraspol this evening, November 20. The Russian team Rossoshi is the leader in the International Youth League, the West Conference.
