PG says it does not have official results of examination of Valeriu Boboc’s body

The Prosecutor General’s Office (PG) said that it has not yet received the official results of the medical examination of Valeriu Boboc’s body, Info-Prim Neo reports. “The commission has not yet drawn a conclusion as regards the medical examination. A report with relevant conclusions has not yet been submitted to the Prosecutor’s Office of Moldova. The document about the cause of Valeriu Boboc’s death sent by the international expert to the Moldovan prosecutors is only an electronic document that does not comply with the penal procedure norms,” the PG says in a communiqué. The PG asked the international expert to formulate the conclusions officially and send them in the form in which they will be in accordance with the law.
