Fullback Ion Sandu, halfback Sergiu Matei and striker Grigore Coscodan signed for Petrocub. These are the first contracts signed by the football team this summer, IPN reports.
Ion Sandu is 25. In the National Division he played for Costuleni, Speranta Crihana Veche, Academia and Spicul. The last season he scored a goal against Sfintul Gheorghe.
Sergiu Matei, 26, played for Speranta Crihana Veche, Academia and Spicul. He scored the first goal in the National Division for Sfantul Gheorghe in 2012, against FC Tiraspol. Matei until now scored eight goals in the National Division.
Grigore Coscodan, 18, was transferred from Sheriff. In 2016 he played the three matches of the national U-17 team in the qualifying rounds of the UEFA European Championship.
Petrocub plays the next National Division match in Hancesti on July 1, against Zimbru. The match forms part of the 14th stage.
