The persons who committed offenses, but cleared the criminal record will be able to work as detectives and guards. Relevant changes were approved by the Cabinet to the law on the private work of detective and guard, IPN reports.
Currently, it is banned employing persons who were convicted of intentionally committed offenses at private security companies. These companies are obliged to fire such persons if the fact about the conviction wasn’t known when they were employed.
Minister of Home Affairs Adrian Efros said the bill was designed to implement the Constitutional Court’s decision on the exception of unconstitutionality of provisions of the law on the private work of detective and guard.
