Citizens of the country who care about the environment are invited to get involved in a cleanup campaign in forests. The “Clean Forest” effort was launched by the Ministry of Environment and “Moldsilva” Agency and will take place on April 13-14 and also the following weekend, on April 20-21, IPN reports.
Those wishing to take part in the campaign must access the website of “Moldsilva” Agency and click the button “Participate in cleanup #Pădureacurată”. The next step is to identify the nearest point, where a phone number will be displayed for the person to call and be provided with details of the cleanup effort.
The necessary cleaning equipment will be offered by “Moldsilva”.
According to “Moldsilva” Agency, it is important for each person to understand that through such actions they demonstrate involvement, responsibility and care for the environment. By participating in the campaign, the people become better, maintain cleanliness and, last but not least, realize that the Republic of Moldova is everyone’s common home.
