The National House of Social Insurance allocated over 950 million lei for paying pensions and social allowances to bank card holders. Through the agency of banks, the recipients of pensions and social allowances can come into possession of the money, IPN reports, quoting the institution.
In the course of February, the recipients of pensions set and paid in accordance with international social security agreements can collect the money from the contracting financial institutions on the territory of other states.
Over 1.15 billion lei was allocated for paying pensions, social allowances, financial support and death benefit.
