The Democratic Party of Moldova (PDM) campaigned in a different way now and didn’t attack anyone, but spoke about the accomplishments and what should be done next. It is the only party that in the campaign presented a country program. The electoral promises can remain undelivered if the appropriate persons are not elected to Parliament, IPN quoted the Democratic leader Pavel Filip as saying in a press briefing.
Pavel Filip note that most of the contenders electioneered based on accusations and criticism. Most of the parties are against someone. By such a method, nothing can be built in the Republic of Moldova. The electoral debates went beyond the limit of decency because some of the election competitors made accusations and replies.
“A good government is the one that knows to make the people happy and has such people. The PDM’s team includes hardworking people who brought things in their native places in order and are persons of deeds,” said the president of PDM.
He also reminded that in the period during which PDM ruled, the salaries were raised and over 800,000 pensioners received higher pensions and financial assistance on holidays. More than 6,000 young people bought a home thought the agency of the “First House” program and over 3,000 mothers got boxes with items for newborns. “We repaired roads, increased the salaries and pensions and brought ambulances,” stated Pavel Filip.
