A Patient’s School on Malignant Breast Tumors is staged at the Oncological Institute of Chisinau each Thursday and Friday in October, between 3:00pm and 4:00pm, IPN reports.
According to the Oncological Institute, this month oncologists-mammologists, in concert with the specialist in medical psychology, will provide information about those who form part of the breast cancer risk group, which are the first signs of the disease, what steps the patient should take to have a free and rapid diagnosis, etc.
The goal of the event is to extensively inform the participants about the disease, how to maintain health and how to identify the disease at the incipient stage.
Those who want to take part are expected at the Institute’s Diagnostic Consultative Center, entrance from Grenoble St, in the conference hall, office 111.
