The Party of Law and Justice comes with a modest team with a modest behavior that does not intend to go from village to village to beg or to launder ill-gotten gains presenting these as donations for the party. In a news conference at IPN where the party launched its election campaign, the party’s leader Nicolae Alexei said they will have a modest campaign.

“The members of the party, its leaders will make modest donations. There will be no other sources,” said Nicolae Alexei, noting that instead of pompous festivities, they chose to start their campaign in a news conference so as to later reach the voters. Their goal is to defend the interests of the people, primarily the ordinary ones. They can do something for the country as they have serious intentions and have who to work with. If the voters choose to vote for sausages or empty promises, the same thieves and bandits will enter Parliament.

The party’s electoral program envisions order and discipline in all the areas. Nicolae Alexei said that when they enter Parliament, they will revitalize the national economy and will build an economic model that will generate a strong economy and sustainable development. Investments are needed to stimulate economic development. They will simultaneously make effort to root out corruption that prevents the Republic of Moldova from attracting investments and from developing from economic and social viewpoints.

The head of the party’s electoral staff Alexei Busuioc said that in the health sector, they will apply a simpler procedure for obtaining a license for selling pharmaceutical products as many villages do not have a drugstore and the people not always can reach a district center. The party also aims to implement a medical decentralization system, to bring family doctors closer to patients, to outfit the district, town and rural hospitals with modern medical equipment and pay decent salaries to medical and auxiliary staff.

In the education sector, the party will outfit the education institutions and will implement a program to stimulate the graduates, teachers and educators with monthly bonuses to the salary.

They also intend to liquidate districts as these territorial units are inefficient and are Soviet remains that are of no use.

Expert in finance Mariana Durleșteanu, who heads the list of candidates, said that in the economic sector, the Party of Law and Justice will ensure a strong economy that will improve everyone’s wellbeing. The party will promote programs to support the banking system, SMEs and startups, to bring the diaspora home and involve it in business, to support agriculture and the national producers and promises social assistance based on support for socially deprived groups.
