The Party “Building Europe at Home” (PACE) proposes Colonel Mihail Ciubaciuc for the post of minister of home affairs in the future Government. “Colonel Mihail Ciubaciuc, an officer of a high rank with an irreproachable reputation, with over 30 years’ experience of work in the police, knows the needs and problems of the people in epaulettes and how to solve them the best,” PACE leader Gheorghe Cavcaliuc stated in a news conference, being quoted by IPN.

Gheorghe Cavcaliuc noted that the PACE, a party that represents the new political class, has the ambition and capacities to become a force that is able to clean the political class of corrupt people, criminals, bandits and drug addicts.

Mihail Ciubaciuc said that among his priorities is the fight against crime as he aims to discourage illegalities and to offer the people the guarantee that their life, health and goods are protected. The implementation of the e-file will be an important element that will play a decisive role in fighting corruption and in protecting the people with epaulets. The employees of the Ministry of Home Affairs should be offered motivation, resources and support, including a salary of at least 10,000 for beginners, full social package and employer-provided housing.

Mihail Ciubaciuc served as the head of the general staff of the carabineer troops, pro-rector of the Police Academy, head of the general staff of the social police brigade “Fulger”, one of the managers of the special brigade of penitentiary institutions “Pantera” and others. He is now adviser to the minister of home affairs.
