A number of 3 605 517 ballots will be printed for the November 15 runoff vote. The ballots intended for the out-of-country polling places will be printed the first, in a number of 671,500, IPN reports.
The Central Election Commission said 2 934 017 ballots will be printed for the national polls. Of these, 2 168 620 ballots will be in the Romanian language, while 765 397 will be in the Russian language. The price of a ballot paper is 0.07 lei, with the value of the print run rising to 205 381 lei.
The ballots will be printed on matte gray-smoky paper. A ballot will be 236 mm long and 140 mm wide.
For the presidential elections of November 1, there were printed 3 490 000 ballots, 556,000 of which were distributed among out-of-country polling stations.
