Electoral agitation, violations of voting secrecy, and organized group transportation to polling stations are among the violations recorded by Promo-LEX's Observation Mission. By 7:00 PM, observers had reported over 1,000 incidents. The central team processed 938 cases as incidents, with 237 confirmed, according to IPN.
Nine cases of electoral materials being present less than 100 meters from polling stations were reported in Chișinău, Bălți, and Orhei. Local authorities did not remove the materials, contrary to regulations.
Nine cases of electoral agitation and black PR were reported near polling stations in Comrat, Tiraspol, and Ceadîr-Lunga, violating the ban on influencing voters on election day.
Fifteen cases of unauthorized individuals being unjustifiably present inside polling stations were recorded in the districts of Anenii Noi, Cahul, and Criuleni, creating additional tension among voters and election staff, Promo-LEX noted.
In 72 cases, the secrecy of the vote was compromised, including through photographing or displaying ballots. Most of these incidents occurred at polling stations in Chișinău, Soroca, and Bălți.
Twenty-two cases of group voting were reported in Gagauzia and eastern districts, including the Transnistrian region.
Promo-LEX also identified six cases of attempted voter bribery near polling stations in areas like Taraclia and Basarabeasca. In the same regions, three cases of organized voter transportation to polling stations were reported, raising suspicions of vote influencing.
Twenty-five violations were related to issues with electoral lists, particularly in Chișinău, Hâncești, and Ștefan Vodă. Additionally, 12 cases of technical problems with the SIAS Elections system were recorded.
In Florești and Rezina, 11 cases of improperly sealed ballot boxes were reported, and in 16 cases, the filming of electoral operations was interrupted.
